Every objective on the strategy map can have several KPIs, each with one owner. Results roll up through the people each person reports to, so everyone sees what matters to them.
CEO
Sets up the people and reporting lines with the administrator, adds KPIs to each objective, and sees every result up to the whole objective.
Director
Sees the results of the managers and teams who report to them, and approves target changes.
Manager
Sees the results of the supervisors and owners who report to them, and approves target changes.
Supervisor
Sees the results of the owners who report to them, and approves target changes.
Owner
Updates the current value of their own KPIs and proposes target changes for approval.
